Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins after your order has been fulfilled.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2-day options available
  • Overnight Shipping — Available Monday–Thursday before 11:00 AM CT. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CT ship the next available business day.

International Shipping

  • Standard International — 7–30 business days
  • DHL Express International — 3–5 business days

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. Renaéva Lashes ships all international orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If customs fees are refused at delivery, the order will be returned and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after fulfillment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Renaéva Lashes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once handed to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier immediately to file a claim.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If your order is returned to us, you will receive store credit (minus the original shipping cost) in the form of an E-Gift Card. A $5 restocking fee applies. Renaéva Lashes is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available by appointment. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Orders not collected within 14 days will be archived and are eligible for store credit only.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our end.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you received an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Buyer Error / Change of Mind

We strongly encourage all customers to review their order details — including style, curl, length, and color — carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer error or a change of mind.

In rare cases, a courtesy return may be considered. If approved, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How to Submit a Claim

Email us at shop@shoprenaevalashes.com with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) received. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
