Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited (2-day) and overnight shipping at checkout. Overnight orders must be placed Monday–Thursday before 11:00 AM CT.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 7–30 business days. DHL Express is available for faster delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?

We recommend first checking with neighbors and your local post office. If your package cannot be located, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to issue replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error with your order. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@shoprenaevalashes.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll make it right.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

No. All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Who are your products for?

Exclusively for lash professionals. Renaéva was created by a lash artist, for lash artists — every product is designed for the professional who demands luxury-grade performance.

What thicknesses and curls are available?

Our lash trays are available in 0.03mm and 0.05mm thickness across C, CC, and D curl. Available lengths vary by product — check each listing for the full breakdown.

How do I choose the right curl or thickness?
